5 Upgrading to Pro

5.1 What Pro unlocks

  • 5,000,000 tokens / month (vs 50,000 on Free) — enough for hundreds of long copilot sessions.
  • Curated OpenFOAM knowledge base (RAG) — the copilot cites official OpenFOAM tutorials, foam-extend guides, and vetted forum answers.
  • Managed AI keys — no need to bring your own Gemini or Claude API key. Priority routing between Gemini 2.5 Pro and Claude Sonnet.
  • Priority email support at info@iterasim.in.

5.2 How to upgrade

  • Click the account icon (top-right) → Pricing. Or type Ctrl+, and pick Plan & billing.
  • Click Upgrade to Pro on the Pro card.
  • Your default web browser opens on Stripe's secure Checkout page. Enter card details there — nothing sensitive is entered into Eddy itself.
  • After paying, close the browser tab and return to Eddy. Your account badge switches to PRO within a few seconds.

Tip

Stripe accepts most cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Corporate cards and VAT numbers are supported — enter them in the Checkout form.

5.3 Managing your subscription

Once you are on Pro, the Pricing dialog shows a Manage subscription button. Clicking it opens Stripe's Customer Portal in your browser, where you can:

  • Update your card.
  • Download past invoices.
  • Cancel — takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro until then.
  • Change the email that receives receipts.
